Return Policy
At
Camellia Clothing, we strive to ensure your satisfaction with every purchase.
Please review our return guidelines below:

All items must be
returned in sellable condition and in the original packaging as received.
●
Returned products must
not be discontinued or older than 14 days from the date of delivery.
●
Once we receive the
returned merchandise, our Credits Department will inspect the items.
●
Approved returns will
be credited accordingly.
●
Merchandise that is
damaged, not in sellable condition, or not authorized will be rejected, and no
credit will be issued.
●
Return labels are
issued only for items damaged during shipping or shipped in error.
●
All other returns must
be shipped at your own expense and include the RA form.
●
Returns without damage
documentation or that are not due to errors will not qualify for a return
label.
Important: No returns will be accepted without the
completed RA form included in the shipment.
Damage Return Policy
Customers are required
to promptly notify their designated sales representative of any damages within
fourteen (14) days from the date of the original invoice in order to request a
Return Authorization (RA). No credit shall be issued for any items returned
beyond this specified timeframe.
We strongly recommend
that customers thoroughly inspect all shipments upon receipt and contact us
immediately should any damages be identified or if there are any concerns
regarding the condition of the merchandise.
